In order to promote the precise alignment between higher education and industrial demand and provide support for high-quality regional economic development, on the afternoon of July 2nd, the College of Chemical Engineering at Tarim University and Xinjiang Ban Chao Group held a signing ceremony in the fourth-floor conference room of Ban Chao Building. In attendance were Professor Zhou Jisheng, the Party Committee Deputy Secretary and Dean of the College of Chemical Engineering at Tarim University, Vice President Liu Gufeng of Xinjiang Ban Chao Group, heads of relevant academic departments, and leaders of relevant departments from Ban Chao Group. The signing ceremony was presided over by Deputy Dean Hou Xianliang of the Ban Chao Group Research Institute.

Hou Xianliang first introduced the leaders attending the signing ceremony. Subsequently, Liu Gufeng, Vice President of Ban Chao Group, provided a detailed introduction to the current development status and strategic planning of the enterprise. He emphasized that the continuous development of the enterprise relies on the support of talent and technology, and expressed his expectation for in-depth cooperation with Tarim University in the fields of talent cultivation and technology research and development. He believes that by leveraging the scientific research capabilities and talent resources of the university, more technological challenges can be overcome.Dean Zhou Jisheng introduced the school's disciplinary strengths, research capabilities, and talent cultivation model. He noted that the cooperation with Ban Chao Group is an important measure to deepen the integration of industry and education. The school will fully utilize its disciplinary and talent advantages to provide talent support and technical services for the enterprise.

Subsequently, witnessed by the leaders from both the university and the enterprise, Zhou Jisheng, Dean of the College of Chemical Engineering at Tarim University, and Liu Gufeng, Vice President of Xinjiang Ban Chao Group, jointly signed the "Industry–University–Research Cooperation Agreement." They also jointly unveiled the plaque for the "Tarim University Teaching and Internship Base."

The successful holding of this signing ceremony is an important achievement of complementary advantages and resource sharing between Ban Chao Group and Tarim University. Both parties will take this cooperation as an opportunity to fully leverage their respective strengths and jointly promote the deep integration of industry, academia, and research.
