王静，1986年生于陕西榆林，毕业于西安交大、长江商学院，现任十三师新星市政协委员、新疆班超集团董事长兼战略委员会主席，是兵团镁基循环经济产业领军人。
2016年，他受班超精神感召赴疆创业，创立哈密市盛镁镁业有限公司。近10年发展使其成为兵团最大金属镁冶炼企业，获评国家高新技术企业等多项荣誉。2022年新疆班超集团有限公司成立，2024 年班超大厦落成，集团化运营迈上新台阶。他以战略眼光和创新管理，带领集团发展为拥有千余员工、覆盖多业务板块的兵团镁基产业龙头，旗下十余家公司协同发展，年营收超 20 亿元。
集团坚持改革创新，构建高质量发展体系，实现绿色可持续发展。他积极履行社会责任，捐资助学、助农，在新冠疫情、郑州洪灾等灾害时捐款捐物。在他带领下，班超集团正朝着现代化实业集团目标迈进。 Mr. Wang Jing, born in 1986 in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, is a visionary entrepreneur and leader in China's magnesium-based circular economy industry. He graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University and Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, and currently serves as a member of the CPPCC Committee of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC) Division 13 and the City of Xinxing, Chairman of Xinjiang Ban Chao Group Co., Ltd., and Chairman of the Strategic Committee. As a trailblazer in XPCC's magnesium industry, he has steered the development of a sustainable and innovative industrial ecosystem.
In 2016, inspired by the legendary Western Han general Ban Chao's expedition to the Western Regions and driven by the ideal of "revitalizing the nation through industry," Mr. Wang left his hometown and ventured to Xinjiang to establish Hami Shengmei Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd. Over nearly a decade, Shengmei Magnesium has grown into the largest magnesium smelter in XPCC, earning accolades such as National High-Tech Enterprise, Top 100 Industrial Enterprises of XPCC, and XPCC Specialized, Refined, Characteristic, and New (SRCN) SME. In 2022, Xinjiang Ban Chao Group was founded, and the inauguration of Ban Chao Tower in 2024 marked a new milestone in the Group's integrated operations, solidifying its position as a regional industrial leader.
Under Mr. Wang's strategic leadership, Ban Chao Group has expanded into a diversified conglomerate with over 1,000 employees, spanning coal chemical industry, nonferrous metal smelting, power and energy, and other sectors. Its portfolio includes more than a dozen subsidiaries, such as Hami Shengmei Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Ban Chao Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd., and Xinjiang Ban Chao New Energy Co., Ltd., which collaborate synergistically to drive the Group's growth.
