Since launching its lean-management initiative, Banchao Group has successfully completed four implementation phases, delivering measurable gains in process optimization, efficiency gains, and team engagement. To benchmark against industry leaders and broaden its lean horizon, the Group’s Lean Promotion Office dispatched Director Wang Jiping and Specialist Wang Zhiwei to Xiamen from 24-26 October for the 9th Yingqu Cup Lean-Improvement Competition—a deep-dive learning journey focused on lean practice and knowledge exchange. The contest brought together standout enterprises from across China that excel in lean management. The atmosphere was electric: ideas collided, experiences flowed, and best practices were unpacked in granular detail. Throughout the event, the Banchao delegates remained fully engaged, listening intently and capturing every insight. Presentations spanned shop-floor micro-control, end-to-end supply-chain synchronization, vertical & horizontal resource integration, and systematic cultivation of a lean mindset. Real-world cases demonstrated how lean drives cost down, quality up, throughput higher and inventory lower—offering ready-to-use reference models for every attendee. Guided by the core belief of “striving for perfection through continuous improvement,” Banchao Group has built a lean system tailored to its strategic goals and operational realities—moving from framework design to shop-floor deployment, from top-level steering to company-wide participation, embedding lean thinking into every corner of the business. Joining the Yingqu Cup was both a “go-out-to-learn” mission and a “bring-back-to-upgrade” opportunity. The Lean Promotion Office will now distil the advanced practices and expert advice into an actionable roadmap: refining the kaizen mechanism, streamlining project workflows, and scaling lean training so that every employee can apply lean tools in daily work—injecting sustained momentum into Banchao’s high-quality growth. The lean journey has no finish line; only relentless execution secures long-term success. 近日,班超集团精益管理第四期辅导总结会议在盛镁镁业三楼会议室举行,各车间负责人、精益骨干及员工代表齐聚一堂,以“复盘成果明方向、规划目标定路径、表彰先进树标杆、部署任务强执行” 四步走流程,为精益管理进阶按下“加速键”,凝聚起全员推动高质量发展的共识与力量。 精益管理推行办主任侯先亮以数据为核心复盘第三期精益管理实效,用详实的指标、清晰的对比,直观呈现三期推行以来在各方面的突破。随后,梅林林老师在全面总结三期成效的基础上,锚定第四期工作方向,聚焦“专项改善 + 深度延伸”,从单一环节优化转向全流程精益,从试点经验复制转向体系化落地,让精益思维渗透到生产运营的每一个细节。会上,还对第三期优秀样板区团队进行了表彰,以激发全员精益热情。 集团常务副总裁刘古锋强调,一是要把三期成果“用到底”,确保落地无偏差;二是要把四期目标“扛起来”,精益推行办公室每月跟踪数字化试点进度,及时解决落地难题;三是要把精益文化“传下去”,通过“优秀团队”评选、样板区观摩等活动,让“持续改善”成为班超人的工作习惯。  从三期成果的深度复盘,到四期目标的清晰规划;从先进典型的隆重表彰,到长期战略的系统部署,此次会议既是对过往精益实践的“回头看”,更是开启精益深耕新征程的“动员会”。班超集团将以此次会议为新起点,持续以精益赋能生产、以管理驱动效能,让“降本、提效、优品质”的精益成果,切实转化为企业在行业竞争中的核心优势,为高质量发展筑牢坚实根基。
Recently, the fourth-phase lean-management coaching wrap-up meeting of the BanChao Group was held in the third-floor conference room of Shengmei Magnesium. Workshop heads, lean champions and employee representatives gathered to follow a four-step agenda—“review results to clarify direction, set targets to map the path, honor pioneers to erect benchmarks, and assign tasks to hard-wire execution”—pressing the “accelerator” on the next level of lean management and forging a company-wide consensus and momentum for high-quality development. Hou Xianliang, director of the Lean Promotion Office, used hard data to replay the impact of Phase III, presenting detailed metrics and clear before-and-after comparisons that highlighted breakthroughs in every area. Building on this full review, instructor Mei Linlin anchored Phase IV work in “specialized improvements + deep extension,” shifting from single-point optimization to end-to-end leanness and from pilot replication to systematic rollout, so lean thinking will seep into every production detail. Outstanding model-zone teams from Phase III were also recognized on the spot to fuel company-wide lean enthusiasm. Liu Gufeng, the group’s executive vice-president, stressed three imperatives: first, “run the full course” with Phase-III gains to ensure zero deviation in implementation; second, “shoulder” Phase-IV targets—the Lean Promotion Office will track digital-pilot progress monthly and remove roadblocks in real time; and third, “pass the baton” of lean culture through activities such as “excellent-team” selection and model-zone tours, making “continuous improvement” a daily habit for every BanChao employee. From a deep dive into Phase-III achievements to a crystal-clear blueprint for Phase IV, from honoring role models to rolling out a long-term strategy, the meeting served as both a retrospective on past lean practice and a launch ceremony for the next leg of the journey. BanChao Group will use this gathering as a new starting point, continually empowering production with lean principles and driving performance through management, so that the lean dividends of “lower cost, higher efficiency, better quality” become a core competitive edge and a solid foundation for high-quality growth.

为筑牢镁基事业部原料供给“稳定屏障”,精准对接疆内白云石原矿市场供给侧动态,扎实推进公司降本增效战略落地,10月11日下午,班超集团在盛镁镁业三楼会议室召开白云石小料煅烧技术与工程建设方案研讨会。班超集团总裁刘贵平、河南郑矿机器有限公司、华慧公司相关负责人及班超集团生产、技术管理核心人员参加会议,围绕技术成果分享、设备选型对比、新建项目规划展开深度研讨。会议由班超集团常务副总裁刘古锋主持。  会上,班超集团总裁刘贵平详细介绍了企业的发展现状与未来规划。他指出,当前公司生产长期处于满负荷运行状态,为保障原料供给匹配高强度生产节奏和提前化解设备突发检修可能引发的产能断层风险,新建小料煅烧窑成为保障生产连续性、解决原料供给问题的关键举措,希望通过双方的深入交流,共同寻找破解难题的有效途径,推动公司降本增效目标的实现。  河南郑矿机器有限公司与华慧公司先后就公司情况、技术团队实力做了详细汇报。郑矿机器聚焦金属镁技术领域,全面展示了公司在设备研发、技术创新方面的优势与过往成功案例。通过数据直观呈现了前期针对白云石热强度实验的各项关键指标与成果,并提出三种白云石小料煅烧技术与工程建设方案,从技术特性、成本投入、产能适配等维度展开详细对比,为参会人员提供决策参考。  会议最后,刘古锋对研讨成果进行总结,并就后续工作作出明确部署。他表示,此次会议通过技术汇报与设备对比,清晰明确了新建项目的必要性与设备选型方向。镁基事业部及相关部门要密切配合,针对前期实验结果进一步开展深入研究,加强与郑矿机器、华慧公司的沟通交流,确保各项工作有序开展。  此次研讨会的召开,不仅为班超集团破解难题,深化降本增效战略提供了科学方案,更通过多维度对比分析,为后续决策奠定了坚实基础。这场聚焦实际需求、聚力解决方案的研讨会,既是班超集团应对市场挑战的主动作为,更是其迈向高质量发展的坚实一步。
Workshop on Dolomite “Small-Feed” Calcination Technology and Construction Scheme Held at Ban Chao Group To build a “stabilizing shield” for raw-material supply to the magnesium division, accurately align with the supply-side dynamics of dolomite ore in Xinjiang, and solidly advance the company’s cost-reduction & efficiency-boosting strategy, Ban Chao Group convened a technical workshop on dolomite small-feed calcination and project engineering on the afternoon of 11 October in the 3rd-floor meeting room of Shengmei Magnesium. Mr. Liu Guiping, President of Ban Chao Group, senior executives from Henan Zheng Mining Machine Co., Ltd. and Huahui Co., as well as core production and technology managers of Ban Chao Group attended the meeting to share technical achievements, compare equipment options and deliberate on the new-project plan. The workshop was chaired by Mr. Liu Gufeng, Executive Vice President of Ban Chao Group. President Liu Guiping first outlined the company’s current status and future roadmap. He pointed out that with plants running at full capacity for extended periods, a new small-feed calcination kiln is the key to guaranteeing production continuity and eliminating the risk of output gaps caused by unexpected maintenance of existing equipment. He expressed the hope that in-depth exchanges would help both sides find effective solutions to these challenges and push forward the cost-reduction & efficiency-boosting targets. Representatives from Henan Zheng Mining Machine and Huahui then gave detailed briefings on their corporate profiles and technical teams. Focusing on magnesium metallurgy, Zheng Mining Machine highlighted its R&D strengths and successful reference projects. With hard data it presented key indices from prior thermal-strength tests on dolomite and proposed three technology & engineering schemes for small-feed calcination, comparing them in terms of technical features, capital expenditure and capacity match-up to provide a decision-making basis. At the close of the workshop Mr. Liu Gufeng summarized the findings and set out clear next steps. He stated that the presentations and equipment comparisons had clarified the necessity of the new project and the direction for equipment selection. The magnesium division and related departments must now cooperate closely, deepen analysis of the test results and step up communication with Zheng Mining Machine and Huahui to ensure orderly progress. The workshop not only furnished a scientific roadmap for solving Ban Chao Group’s supply challenges and deepening its cost-reduction & efficiency-boosting strategy, but also, through multi-dimensional comparisons, laid a solid foundation for subsequent decision-making. This results-oriented gathering is both a proactive response to market challenges and a firm step toward high-quality development.

To celebrate the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, vigorously promote patriotism, and rally the spiritual strength of unity and perseverance, Ban Chao Group held a flag-raising ceremony at Shengmei Magnesium on the morning of October 1. At 10 a.m. sharp, the ceremony began. Employees on duty, dressed in work uniforms and in high spirits, fixed their eyes on the flag platform; the atmosphere was solemn and stirring. As the rousing strains of the March of the Volunteers rang out, the bright Five-Starred Red Flag rose slowly. All present stood at attention, and the resounding anthem echoed in every corner—each note carrying boundless reverence and love for the motherland. This National-Day flag-raising provided staff with a profound lesson in patriotism while further strengthening corporate cohesion and team centripetal force. 9月21日上午,班超文化研究会成立大会暨揭牌仪式顺利举办。来自师市相关部门、班超集团领导、文化领域的专家学者齐聚一堂,共同见证这一推动班超文化传承与发展的重要时刻。 仪式上,宣读了《关于同意成立班超文化研究会的批复》,文件从资质认定、业务范围、发展定位三方面作出明确规定,不仅为研究会合法合规开展工作提供了政策依据,也为后续工作开展奠定坚实基础。  班超文化研究会会长王静在致辞中表示班超“投笔从戎”“经略西域” 的历史事迹,承载着深厚的家国情怀、开拓精神与担当意识,是中华优秀传统文化的重要瑰宝。研究会将以 “挖掘文化内涵、传承精神内核、服务地方发展” 为宗旨,通过学术研讨、文化普及、成果转化等方式,让班超文化在新时代焕发生机,同时向支持研究会筹备的各级领导、嘉宾表达诚挚感谢。 会上,师市领导为班超文化研究会18位特聘专家逐一颁发聘书,此次受聘的专家涵盖班超文化研究、文史传播、艺术传播等多个领域,具备深厚的专业积淀与丰富的实践经验。他们的加入为研究会搭建起专业的学术支撑团队,也为班超文化研究提供坚实的智力保障,通过整合跨领域专业资源,形成从班超文化理论挖掘、价值阐释到实践转化、传播推广的全链条支撑体系,确保研究工作贴合学术严谨性。 仪式结束后,特聘专家代表向班超文化研究会捐赠书法作品和书籍,并为后续研究会工作建言献策,为师市班超文化的挖掘转化与传播贡献智慧和力量。
On the morning of September 21, the inaugural conference and unveiling ceremony of the Ban Chao Cultural Research Society was successfully held. Leaders from relevant divisions of the division city, executives of the Ban Chao Group, and scholars and experts in cultural studies gathered to witness this milestone in advancing the inheritance and development of Ban Chao culture. During the ceremony, the Official Reply on Approving the Establishment of the Ban Chao Cultural Research Society was read out. The document specifies three aspects—qualification recognition, scope of business and development orientation—providing both a policy basis for the society’s lawful operation and a solid foundation for its future work. In her address, Ms. Wang Jing, president of the society, noted that Ban Chao’s historic deeds—“laying down the pen to take up the sword” and “governing the Western Regions”—carry profound patriotism, a pioneering spirit and a strong sense of responsibility, making them a gem of traditional Chinese culture. With the mission of “excavating cultural connotations, inheriting spiritual essence and serving local development,” the society will, through academic forums, popular education and application of research findings, revitalize Ban Chao culture in the new era. She also extended heartfelt thanks to leaders and guests who supported the preparatory work. Division-city leaders presented appointment letters to 18 specially engaged experts of the society. The appointees span Ban Chao studies, history and literature communication, and art dissemination, bringing deep academic grounding and rich practical experience. Their participation builds a professional academic support team and furnishes strong intellectual backing, integrating cross-disciplinary resources to form a full-chain support system ranging from theoretical excavation and value interpretation to practical application and public communication, ensuring academic rigor. After the ceremony, the appointed experts donated calligraphic works and books to the society and offered suggestions for its future work, contributing wisdom and strength to the excavation, transformation and dissemination of Ban Chao culture in the division city.

Banchao Group launches a new apprenticeship program for intermediate electricians, dedicated to cultivating skilled professionals with craftsmanship
 9月13日上午,班超集团联合新疆天健职业技术培训学校在盛镁镁业三楼会议室举办新型学徒制电工(中级)班培训活动,旨在通过系统的知识讲解,帮助员工夯实电工专业理论基础,筑牢职业技能发展根基,共计60余人参加此次培训。  企业新型学徒制培训是按照“政府引导、企业为主、院校参与”的原则,采取“企校双制、工学一体”“双师带徒、交替培养”的一种新型学徒培养机制。企业新型学徒制培训对于班超集团优化高技能人才培养机制,加快建设知识型、技能型、创新型人才队伍,加快企业青年技能人才的培养具有重要意义。培训内容涵盖中级电工必备的电气控制基础、电机与变压器原理、电力系统基本知识等核心模块,为员工打造系统的理论提升平台。 下一步,班超集团将继续为广大员工搭建学习提升平台,通过举办高质量、多元化的职业培训,提高员工技能水平和职业素养,加快公司高技能人才梯队建设,助推企业高质量发展。
On the morning of 13 September, Banchao Group, in partnership with Xinjiang Tianjian Vocational & Technical Training School, launched a new-style apprenticeship programme for intermediate electricians on the third-floor conference room of Shengmei Magnesium. The initiative delivers systematic lectures designed to consolidate employees’ theoretical grounding in electrical work and lay a solid foundation for vocational growth; more than 60 staff members attended. The enterprise-based apprenticeship model follows the principle of “government guidance, enterprise leadership, institutional participation” and adopts a dual-track, work-integrated format in which company mentors and college instructors coach apprentices in alternating phases. For Banchao Group, the scheme is a key lever for refining its high-skilled-talent pipeline, accelerating the build-up of a knowledgeable, skilled and innovative workforce, and fast-tracking the development of young technicians. The curriculum covers core modules required for the intermediate-electrician credential—fundamentals of electrical control, principles of motors and transformers, and essential power-system knowledge—providing employees with a comprehensive theoretical upgrade platform. Recently, Banchao Group wrapped up a structured series of lean-management workshops and coaching sessions, further embedding lean thinking into every layer of operations and laying a solid foundation for company-wide participation, process optimization and performance gains. At the second-phase workshop on lean thinking and value-stream mapping, trainer Song Fayong delivered an in-depth session on core lean concepts and VSM techniques. Tailoring the content to Banchao’s operating realities, he proposed a nine-point implementation roadmap: break down objectives, standardize the shop floor, visualize equipment, standardize processes, refine measurement, synchronize lab testing, align execution, elevate employee well-being and integrate business with finance. Using real-life cases, Song showed how to weave these principles into daily operations—from production cells to management workflows, micro-level tweaks to system-wide upgrades—giving every department a practical playbook for shorter lead-times and higher efficiency. The third-phase review meeting systematically audited progress and set the next steps. The Lean Promotion Office presented a full scorecard of Phase-2 actions, highlighting wins, gaps and corrective moves. Coach Mei Linlin then summarized the third coaching cycle, offering targeted refinements based on improvements achieved in each pilot area. Top-performing pilot teams were recognized on stage, using role-model power to energize wider participation. President Liu Guiping stressed that lean management is the prime engine of high-quality growth. “Every employee must convert what we learn into visible action,” he said, calling for training to reach 100 % of the workforce. Through continuous learning and practice, staff will build lean habits until the mindset is baked into every process, driving sustained enterprise-wide efficiency. The series signals Banchao Group’s entry into the deep-implementation stage of lean. 为进一步规范班超集团档案管理工作,提升档案管理人员专业能力,保障班超集团档案工作有序开展。8月26日下午,班超集团参加由新星经开区和师市档案馆共同举办的档案业务专题培训,师市档案馆业务骨干现场授课,班超集团及子公司共计30余人参加培训。  培训内容紧密围绕企业档案管理工作的核心要点展开,对档案管理的全流程规范进行了系统且深入的讲解。马中华指出,企业档案是企业合规运营的重要支撑,更是维护员工权益的重要保障。其中,人事合同、任职文件等核心材料,是员工办理退休、认定劳动关系等工作中的关键法律依据,具有不可替代的凭证作用。全体参训人员要切实提高政治站位,深刻认识档案工作服务企业发展、保障员工权益的重要意义。  培训重点解读 “三合一制度” 制定要求,明确需依据相关规范界定归档范围、划分保管期限,结合地方制度新增职能部门列,清晰各部门在档案收集、移交等环节的职责。针对文书档案归档这一核心工作,培训对照 2015 年修正的《归档文件整理规则》,拆解 “九步流程” 并说明各环节要点,还明确了档案保管期限的三类划分,以确保档案管理有序。马中华强调,推进档案工作规范建设需从强化体制机制建设、明确领导与工作人员职责、完善档案室硬件设施、落地“三合一制度”四个方面发力。      下一步,班超集团将以此次培训为契机,推动档案管理标准化、规范化水平提升,让档案工作更好地服务企业发展。
To further standardize Banchao Group’s archives management, enhance the professional competence of its archivists, and ensure the orderly execution of document-related work, Banchao Group took part in a specialized archives-training session on the afternoon of 26 August. The event was jointly hosted by the Xinxing Economic-Technological Development Zone and the 13th Division Municipal Archives, whose senior staff delivered the on-site instruction. More than 30 employees from Banchao Group and its subsidiaries attended. The training focused on the key elements of enterprise archives management and delivered a systematic, in-depth review of the entire records lifecycle. Ma Zhonghua, lead instructor, emphasized that corporate archives constitute a vital underpinning for compliant operations and an indispensable safeguard for employees’ rights and interests. Core documents such as employment contracts and appointment papers serve as irrefutable legal evidence when staff apply for retirement benefits or seek confirmation of labor relations. All participants were urged to raise their political awareness and fully appreciate how archives work both supports corporate development and protects employee welfare. The session provided a detailed interpretation of the “three-in-one system” requirements, stressing the need to define retention scope and periods in accordance with relevant standards and to incorporate newly added functional departments based on local regulations. Responsibilities for collection and handover were clearly assigned to each department. For the central task of filing administrative documents, the training broke down the nine-step workflow outlined in the 2015 revised “Rules for the Arrangement of Filed Documents,” clarifying key actions at every stage and specifying the three-tier classification of retention periods to ensure orderly management. Ma Zhonghua concluded that advancing standardized archives work demands simultaneous efforts in four areas: strengthening institutional mechanisms, clarifying responsibilities for leadership and staff, upgrading the physical facilities of the archives room, and fully implementing the “three-in-one system.” Building on this training, Banchao Group will drive continuous improvement in the standardization and normalization of its archives management, enabling archival work to better serve the company’s development goals.

On the afternoon of 13 August, Banchao Group convened the kick-off meeting for its Lean Management Initiative in the conference hall on the third floor of Shengmei Magnesium. The gathering brought together senior leadership, division heads, employee representatives, and external lean experts to witness the launch of a company-wide drive for efficiency, cost reduction, process optimisation, and a safer, cleaner workplace—laying a robust foundation for sustainable growth. To ensure the initiative takes root, a Lean Management Office has been established and seven model zones designated. President Liu Guiping presented each zone with its banner—a ceremony that conferred both honour and obligation. These zones will serve as “vanguard outposts,” spearheading the company’s journey toward lean excellence. Each team then took the stage to showcase its spirit and commitment. The host announced the rankings and awards for the first-phase model zones; senior executives presented the prizes on the spot, applauding the winners and spurring the rest to catch up. Led by the oath-master, every attendee stood, raised their right hand, and recited a resolute pledge—an unmistakable declaration of Banchao people’s dedication to lean transformation and continuous improvement. The oath is both a call to action and a binding promise that unites the entire workforce on this lean voyage. Guo Guangyu, Chairman of Benchmark Lean, congratulated Banchao Group on the launch. Drawing on extensive experience, he shared critical insights and best practices, affirming his company’s full support for Banchao’s lean journey. To further advance Banchao Group’s lean-management strategy and comprehensively elevate on-site production management, on the afternoon of 11 August Banchao Group held a training session on 6S refinement—specifically, the “Set in Order” phase and visual management—in the third-floor conference room of Shengmei Magnesium. At the outset, invited consultant Ms. Mei Linlin reviewed the previous training on sorting and setting-in-order, helping participants consolidate what they had learned. Examining each model area, she highlighted remaining improvement opportunities in these two steps—such as unclear item classification and non-standard location labels—giving everyone a sharper picture of current 6S shortcomings. Ms. Mei then focused on visual management, systematically covering its key points, underlying principles, and progressive maturity levels. She introduced seven visual-management techniques: positioning, labeling, graphics, color coding, shadow outlining, transparency, and mapping. Visual management turns complex information into simple, visible cues, making requirements instantly understandable and executable, boosting efficiency, and enabling rapid detection of on-site issues to improve both timeliness and effectiveness of management. Next, Banchao Group will use this training as a springboard to strengthen oversight and guidance of 6S work in every model area, ensuring that refined “Set in Order” and visual-management measures are fully implemented. On the morning of 30 July, the Ban Chao Group convened its 2025 Mid-Year Work Summary Conference in the third-floor conference room of Shengmei Magnesium Industry. The meeting aimed to give a comprehensive review of all work carried out in the first half of 2025, clarify the direction and key tasks for the second half, and announce structural and personnel adjustments that will inject fresh momentum into the Group’s sustained and steady development. Division heads and functional-centre directors took the floor in turn, delivering thorough and detailed reports on first-half achievements. Confronting existing problems without evasion, they drilled down to root causes and proposed a series of concrete, actionable solutions, providing a clear roadmap for efficient progress in the latter half of the year. President Liu Guiping unveiled the latest organisational restructuring and personnel appointments, and outlined the Group’s priorities for the next six months. He stressed that, amid fierce market competition and mounting challenges, the Group must sharpen its core competitiveness by advancing along four strategic tracks:Production-task alignment: Each division must translate the annual production plan into precise monthly targets for the second half, guard the safety bottom line, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.   Key-project delivery: Project managers must monitor construction progress, coordinate all parties, and establish rigorous assessment mechanisms so every milestone is met on schedule and to specification.  Technological and managerial innovation: Focus on cutting-edge and mission-critical technologies, accelerate the conversion of innovation into productivity, and ensure that R&D directly serves operations.  Systematic management upgrade: Refine rules, streamline processes, strengthen inter-departmental coordination and communication, and deploy incentive mechanisms to unleash employees’ initiative and creativity. Strategic advisor Qiu Yu reviewed the Group’s first-half performance, offered targeted recommendations on outstanding issues, and urged every department to align closely with the second-half plan, clarify objectives, and translate tasks into concrete action. In a stirring closing address, Chairman Wang Jing thanked every employee for their dedication, emphasising that the Group’s steady advance in a competitive market rests on their collective effort. As the company embarks on transformation and upgrading, it must seize policy opportunities, marry national strategies to its own realities, and press ahead with technological innovation, industrial-structure optimisation, and supply-chain enhancement to turn transformation into a powerful engine of high-quality growth. While marching toward higher goals, the Group must also strengthen safety management to safeguard employees’ lives and health—the non-negotiable bottom line of development. On 22 July, the Magnesium Artisan Program launched its inaugural training series. Designed around a systematic and professional framework, the program accelerates the integration of new management-trainees and interns while sharpening their technical expertise. Led by managers from every department, the curriculum is both broad and targeted, covering safety, corporate orientation, production practice, and career planning—laying a solid foundation for cultivating high-caliber magnesium-industry talent. Safety training anchored the day. Facility walk-throughs, hazard briefings, and a deep dive into safety protocols instilled a “Safety First” mindset that will protect every participant on the job. A culture & governance module used focused lectures and real-world cases to help newcomers internalize the company’s values and policies, speeding up their sense of belonging. Career-development sessions guided them through the transition from student to professional and helped them chart future milestones. Business & product segments provided end-to-end visibility of the company’s portfolio and value chain. Guided tours of the Shengmei plant, the semi-coke facility, and the coal yard revealed process flows, product specs, and operating standards in context. On the morning of 20 July 2025, the opening ceremony of the “Magnesium Artisan Program” boot camp was grandly held in the third-floor conference room of Shengmei Magnesium, officially launching this year’s management-trainee and intern development scheme and marking another solid stride for Banchao Group in talent acquisition and cultivation. During the ceremony, Mr. Wang Jie, Vice President of Banchao Group and Chairman of the Magnesium Division, delivered a comprehensive exposition of the program’s top-level design, giving every new employee a crystal-clear understanding of its vision. He underscored its strategic importance in building a robust talent pipeline, outlined the company’s long-term plans and expectations, and shared heartfelt encouragement with the younger generation—an address that deeply inspired the newcomers. On July 18, the week-long Lean Management coaching program of Ban Chao Group came to a flawless close. Designed to optimize processes, cut costs and boost efficiency through expert guidance, the initiative lays a solid foundation for the company’s sustained and healthy growth. Throughout the program, invited consultant Mr. Mei Linlin adopted a multifaceted approach—combining theory delivery, hands-on coaching and problem-solving. A series of targeted training sessions gave employees a systematic understanding of Lean principles, while Mr. Mei conducted on-site investigations in every production workshop and department. He diagnosed issues in workflow, shop-floor management and inventory control, then provided practical, actionable improvement plans. Vice President Liu Gufeng stressed that Lean is a long-term campaign. All departments must break down silos, coordinate proactively and keep information flowing to prevent communication gaps from hindering progress. To fully embed lean management across the organization, foster a systems-thinking mindset, and strengthen both the awareness and capabilities of managers, Ban Chao Group convened its inaugural Lean Management Project kick-off meeting on the morning of 14 July, followed by a 6S management workshop in the afternoon. Leaders from the Group, all business divisions and functional centers, implementation committee members, facilitators and project-office staff attended. Inaugural Lean Management Project Meeting – Setting Targets, Drawing the Reform Blueprint   Vice President Liu Gufeng unveiled the lean-management governance structure and key appointments. Invited advisor Mr. Mei Linlin gave a detailed briefing on the first-phase coaching priorities, the selection of pilot areas and benchmark teams, evaluation criteria, the coaching model and the annual lean awards scheme.   President Liu Guiping stressed that intensifying market competition makes lean management the lever for sustainable growth; it will dismantle operational inefficiencies, optimize resource allocation and sharpen core competitiveness. On the afternoon of 8 July, a delegation led by Li Zhaomin, CPC Deputy Secretary and President of Shihezi University, visited Ban Chao Group for an on-site investigation and held a symposium. The two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on the Group’s development status, industrial potential and university-industry-research collaboration. Liu Gufeng, Vice President of Ban Chao Group, chaired the meeting and presented a comprehensive briefing. Vice President Liu Gufeng provided an overview of the Group’s growth trajectory, emphasizing the vast potential of the non-ferrous-metals sector amid the current economic climate. He highlighted magnesium—a lightweight, high-performance metal—as particularly promising for new-energy and aerospace applications. While acknowledging that Ban Chao has already established stable industry-university-research partnerships with several universities and research institutes, and has overcome technical bottlenecks through collaborative innovation, Liu frankly noted that the company still faces a shortage of engineers who are conversant with both technology and production, as well as high-end R&D talent capable of leading frontier research. He expressed hope that cooperation with Shihezi University will help solve this talent-gap challenge. President Li Zhaomin commended Ban Chao Group’s dedication to magnesium smelting and its technological achievements. He stated that Shihezi University possesses strong disciplinary foundations in relevant fields, and that the visit was precisely aimed at aligning university capabilities with corporate needs. 2025年4月23日上午,班超集团总裁刘贵平带队,组织各事业部、职能中心总经理及部门代表深入重点项目建设一线,开展专题调研并召开阶段性成果推进会。项目部总工程师薛耀辉全程讲解,监理单位、总包方代表及相关部门负责人共同参与,全面检视工程进度与质量管控成效。 调研组深入3#、4#还原车间、精炼车间及脱硫脱硝环保设施等施工现场,详细了解施工进度、技术工艺及安全管理措施。薛耀辉重点汇报了脱硫脱硝环保设施、还原渣库等关键环节的推进情况,并针对项目技术难点及解决方案进行说明。 刘贵平对项目团队攻坚克难、高效推进的成果给予高度肯定,并强调下一步工作须坚持“三严”原则:严守安全红线、严控成本效能、严抓质量标杆,要以技术创新为核心,将项目打造为区域先进制造的示范标杆。 此次推进会标志着班超集团项目建设进入阶段性冲刺。下一步,集团将以数字化、智能化为抓手,加速推进车间自动化系统调试,同步布局产业链上下游协同。  
On the morning of April 23, 2025, Liu Guiping, President of Ban Chao Group, led a team to organize the general managers of various business divisions and functional centers, as well as department representatives, to go deep into the front line of key project construction, conduct special investigations and hold a phased achievement promotion meeting. Xue Yaohui, the chief engineer of the project department, gave a full-course explanation. Representatives of the supervision unit, the general contractor, and heads of relevant departments participated together to comprehensively inspect the effectiveness of project progress and quality control.   The research team went deep into the construction sites of the No. 3 and No. 4 reduction workshops, the refining workshop, and the desulfurization and denitrification environmental protection facilities, etc., to learn in detail about the construction progress, technical processes, and safety management measures. Xue Yaohui focused on reporting the progress of key links such as the desulfurization and denitrification environmental protection facilities and the reduction slag storage, and explained the technical difficulties of the project and the solutions.   Liu Guiping highly affirmed the achievements of the project team in overcoming difficulties and promoting the project efficiently. He emphasized that the next step of work must adhere to the "Three Stricts" principle: strictly abide by the safety red line, strictly control the cost-effectiveness, and strictly grasp the quality benchmark. With technological innovation as the core, the project should be built into a demonstration benchmark for advanced manufacturing in the region.   This promotion meeting marks that the project construction of Ban Chao Group has entered a phased sprint. In the next step, the group will take digitization and intelligence as the starting points, accelerate the debugging of the workshop automation system, and simultaneously lay out the coordination of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.

On March 23, a delegation of leaders from Ban Chao Group, including Chairman Wang Jing, Executive Vice President Liu Gufeng, Chairman Wang Jie of the Magnesium-based Business Division, and General Manager Du Xianglin of Ban Chao Supply Chain Company, visited Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. They held in-depth cooperation talks with Qilingling Industrial Internet Co., Ltd. The two sides had an in-depth exchange on the integration of upstream and downstream resources in the magnesium-based circular economy industry.   At the symposium, company leaders of Qilingling, such as Chairman Huang Weichao, President Zhang Junyong, and Procurement Business Director Yang Xiufang, extended a sincere welcome to the delegation from Ban Chao Group.
