为筑牢镁基事业部原料供给“稳定屏障”,精准对接疆内白云石原矿市场供给侧动态,扎实推进公司降本增效战略落地,10月11日下午班超集团在盛镁镁业三楼会议室召开白云石小料煅烧技术与工程建设方案研讨会班超集团总裁刘贵平、河南郑矿机器有限公司、华慧公司相关负责人及班超集团生产、技术管理核心人员参加会议,围绕技术成果分享、设备选型对比、新建项目规划展开深度研讨。会议由班超集团常务副总裁刘古锋主持

 会上,班超集团总裁刘贵平详细介绍了企业的发展现状与未来规划。他指出,当前公司生产长期处于满负荷运行状态,保障原料供给匹配高强度生产节奏提前化解设备突发检修可能引发的产能断层风险,新建小料煅烧窑成为保障生产连续性、解决原料供给问题的关键举措,希望通过方的深入交流,共同寻找破解难题的有效途径,推动公司降本增效目标的实现

 河南郑矿机器有限公司与华慧公司先后就公司情况、技术团队实力做了详细汇报。郑矿机器聚焦金属镁技术领域,全面展示了公司在设备研发、技术创新方面的优势与过往成功案例通过数据直观呈现了前期针对白云石热强度实验的各项关键指标与成果,并提出三种白云石小料煅烧技术与工程建设方案,从技术特性、成本投入、产能适配等维度展开详细对比,为参会人员提供决策参考。

 会议最后,刘古锋对研讨成果进行总结,并就后续工作作出明确部署。他表示,此次会议通过技术汇报与设备对比,清晰明确了新建项目的必要性与设备选型方向。镁基事业部及相关部门要密切配合,针对前期实验结果进一步开展深入研究,加强与郑矿机器、华慧公司的沟通交流确保各项工作有序开展

Workshop on Dolomite “Small-Feed” Calcination Technology and Construction Scheme Held at Ban Chao Group

To build a “stabilizing shield” for raw-material supply to the magnesium division, accurately align with the supply-side dynamics of dolomite ore in Xinjiang, and solidly advance the company’s cost-reduction & efficiency-boosting strategy, Ban Chao Group convened a technical workshop on dolomite small-feed calcination and project engineering on the afternoon of 11 October in the 3rd-floor meeting room of Shengmei Magnesium. Mr. Liu Guiping, President of Ban Chao Group, senior executives from Henan Zheng Mining Machine Co., Ltd. and Huahui Co., as well as core production and technology managers of Ban Chao Group attended the meeting to share technical achievements, compare equipment options and deliberate on the new-project plan. The workshop was chaired by Mr. Liu Gufeng, Executive Vice President of Ban Chao Group.

President Liu Guiping first outlined the company’s current status and future roadmap. He pointed out that with plants running at full capacity for extended periods, a new small-feed calcination kiln is the key to guaranteeing production continuity and eliminating the risk of output gaps caused by unexpected maintenance of existing equipment. He expressed the hope that in-depth exchanges would help both sides find effective solutions to these challenges and push forward the cost-reduction & efficiency-boosting targets.

Representatives from Henan Zheng Mining Machine and Huahui then gave detailed briefings on their corporate profiles and technical teams. Focusing on magnesium metallurgy, Zheng Mining Machine highlighted its R&D strengths and successful reference projects. With hard data it presented key indices from prior thermal-strength tests on dolomite and proposed three technology & engineering schemes for small-feed calcination, comparing them in terms of technical features, capital expenditure and capacity match-up to provide a decision-making basis.

At the close of the workshop Mr. Liu Gufeng summarized the findings and set out clear next steps. He stated that the presentations and equipment comparisons had clarified the necessity of the new project and the direction for equipment selection. The magnesium division and related departments must now cooperate closely, deepen analysis of the test results and step up communication with Zheng Mining Machine and Huahui to ensure orderly progress.

The workshop not only furnished a scientific roadmap for solving Ban Chao Group’s supply challenges and deepening its cost-reduction & efficiency-boosting strategy, but also, through multi-dimensional comparisons, laid a solid foundation for subsequent decision-making. This results-oriented gathering is both a proactive response to market challenges and a firm step toward high-quality development.
